No, We are not creating customized paintings.

We take great care in packaging, but if your painting arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll replace or repair it at no additional cost to you.

We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect. However, if there is any issue with your order, please reach out to us.

No, the paintings are not waterproof, but you can gently clean them with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using excessive water to preserve the artwork.

Currently, we only ship within India. If you're outside India and would like to place a special order, please contact us directly and we’ll see how we can assist.

Once your order is placed, the painting typically takes 3–4 business days to complete. After dispatch, delivery can take another 4–6 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once the order is shipped.
