Shipping & Returns Policy

At Soulful Paintings, we take great care to ensure your artwork reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Information

  • Shipping Location: All paintings are shipped from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

  • Shipping Within India Only: We currently ship orders only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 4 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 9 to 10 days, depending on your location.

  • Courier Partners: We use reliable courier services such as DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, or FedEx, depending on the delivery address.

Packaging & Tracking

  • Safe Packaging: Every painting is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

  • Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your artwork arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us with a video of the unboxing showing the damage clearly.

  • After verification, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost. Refunds are not issued.

Returns & Replacements

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • In case of eligible replacement, Soulful Paintings will bear the return shipping cost.

  • The replacement request must be raised within 7 to 14 days of delivery.

Additional Notes

  • We currently do not provide certificates of authenticity.

  • Custom or bulk orders are not supported at this time.
