Each of our artworks is digitally handcrafted by experienced human artists with immense devotion and attention to detail. As these are made-to-order, unique pieces of spiritual art, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your painting arrives damaged or is not the painting you ordered, we will gladly replace it. Kindly notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the artwork and share clear photographs of the issue.

Please Note:

  1. No refunds will be issued for change of mind or personal preferences.
  2. Slight colour variations may occur due to display settings on different screens. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement.
  3. Replacement is only applicable if the painting is received in damaged condition or if there is a fulfillment error on our end.
  4. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services, unless damage is clearly documented and reported at the time of delivery.
  5. All claims must be supported by photographic evidence and submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
  6. We will cover the cost of reshipping the replacement painting in the event of confirmed damage or fulfillment error.
  7. Paintings must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable) before a replacement is dispatched.

Shipping Responsibility:

We take utmost care in secure packaging, but if a replacement is needed due to damage in transit, we will cover the cost of reshipping the corrected piece.

Custom Orders:

Custom or personalized artworks are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
